Reminders by Text/SMS -Our development staff has been hard at work. We have added some great new features and improvements to the system. Some of the items in our next update include:
You now have the ability to have activity reminders sent directly to your phone. In the preferences tab you may enter the phone number and carrier for your cell phone. When enabled, KnowIT will send a text message directly to your phone. Entering an e-mail address will allow you to respond to the text messages by e-mail to someone in your office. Please remember that fees may be charged by your cell phone carrier for SMS/Text messages. Mortgage and Tax Tab -
You are now able to enter information to track Tax returns and Mortgages directly in KnowIT. While you have previously been able to place your clients into the proper business roles, you now are able to add specific tax and mortgage information in to the system. The Tax tab allows you to enter items such as who prepared the tax return, the form and date filed, and the fees charged. The Mortgage tab allows you to enter who the mortgage is with, points, interest rate, appraised value, original loan amount and more. Improvements to e-mail -
Attaching e-mails to clients is now easier than ever. Improvements to the work flow now greatly simplifies the process of attaching an e-mail to your clients, even if those e-mails come from a different e-mail address. New household option on the Consolidated Financial Review Reports –
You can now select “Household” as an option on the CFR to show all the accounts for everyone in the household. New add/remove user and add new product forms -
You now have the ability to remove or add new users to your agency, and request for new products to be added to the system by utilizing the new forms available here or on the support portal. Login and click on the forms section, select which form you would like, fill it out and submit it. A support representative will confirm that your request has been properly fulfilled. Requests must be submitted by an authorized person for your agency.
